Another day on the couch but I thawed out spaghetti sauce and made some noodles. Now I'm full as a tick watching old tv shows.

@cowboy sam , I'm rested up. I hate the drive there and back for such a short trip. While I was at the doctor's office a car crashed into the building! Everyone and everything was okay, but geeez! 

Then on Saturday night, I was driving on a one way street and a car was coming down the road the WRONG way! Thankfully, there was an area for me to pull over so I didn't get hit head on! 

Needless to say, I'm happy to be back in North Carolina.

@Yahooey ...No, No, No, No....You can't just have the ribs because it's the saurkraut mixture that really makes the dish...just plain ribs wouldn't do it...I don't really care for ribs that much but the delicious saurkraut recipe makes a few of them edible for me...I smother them with it.
