We had one of those when I was a kid and that's always what my mother complained about.  I was too little to be allowed to use the press, but I got to decorate the cookies.

The good thing about the ones that didn't come out well was that you could either put the dough back in the press and try again or just forget about getting them out right and eat the dough!😋😆

Photos have been weird for me the last few days.  Sometimes I see the question mark and sometimes not.  Sometimes if I keep checking the preview it finally shows up.  Sometimes not.

i really kinda like to do math lol

i was thinking of doing real eggnog - i dont even buy the carton stuff (maybe once)

but i saw a recipe and while i was at the liquor store

i ask the salesperson about brandy- small bottle -

me - how much is in there -

her-  a shot

me - i'm cooking with it  -

her - gave me in ml

me - how many ounces -

her - idk

another saleslady (boss?)

her asking boss - hoe much is in there

boss - a shot

her - she is cooking with it - 

boss - says it in ml

me - how many ounces? i need 1/4 cup

boss - i guess 3 TBS

me - 4 TBS is a 1/4 cup

boss - yes it is

me - let me look at the recipe to confirm

i went home and have a few assorted small bottles

found Courvoisier Cognac - looked it up - it is a brandy

not 1/4 cup but can make some boozy and some not

me do not know booze ....

Yep, I put them back in the tube or just made little round ones.  

I don't eat raw dough.  LOL

Last night around 7pm neighbor called me  and we went walking to look at Holiday decorations in their yard!
