@geezerette : It's in my old fashioned phone book, smart phone , firetablet, bill paying book. I dread when he retires. He tried to get his son and grandkids in the business but not interested.

I've heard the same thing from several people that work with their hands for a living.  The young ones don't want any part of that--no matter how much it pays.

I hope they're working on robots that can repair all this stuff because the humans that are willing to do it aren't smart enough and the ones that are don't want any part of it.  Sad state of affairs.

@geezerette : Sad but true. He said that he has been busy with new customers because of what this repair company has failed to do. 

Just received survey from President of AHS requesting more information why I cancelled my contract. I explained everything in detail from day one and stressed stressed 3 months later appliance still not repaired.
