Alot of time when i go to eat out for lunch i will order a grilled chickem breast  or chicken salad sandwich...i don't like to eat big meals any longer.

I  buy potato salad at walmart whenever i get hungrey for some...i crave mine from years back but not  for just for me..to expensive.

I do have canned chill with beans and chunks of turkey in it   so i might heat later" maybe" even cornbread muffins  made in baby cakes maker.

Heard we might get up to 100 or higher this week!

I had my eyes examined a week ago and yester day i went back to have new lens put into same frames.,my daughter took me both times.

I'm tired today from weather  talk later

I got my used Anuschka hand painted  sunflowerd wallet/checkbook in todays mail it matches my sunflower Ansuchka crossbody bag.

I  think i will watch mens golf for a while  or take a nap.

Just checking in here.  

He's home and finally agreed to have a nurse come out and check on things.  My sister is exhausted.  She gets up every 5 seconds and she probably doesn't even sleep at night.  I understand how she feels, but she's going to collapse if she doesn't let someone else lighten her load a little bit.  If I get him something, she has to get up and follow me to make sure I'm doing it the "right" way.  I don't know anymore.  

We're going to get up into the 90s this week.

I went for my 4 block walk,

i got to block  #1 thought no but made myself walk

#2     I  thought about coming back

#3   had smells that bothered me

#4  was all sun

then i had to walk the 1/2 block on my street back to my house.

I check weather   after i got back....

  temp   is 73

uh..it said

High pollen count !and high UVrays!

I have a headache and need allergy pill  and drink some water!

Mens golf from Canada is now on and off i go.

You're much more energetic than me!  I've had a nasty migraine all night and today.  In fact, I've been fighting it off and on for a couple of weeks.  I think it's the extremely high grass pollen, heat and humidity.  We have heat advisories all week.  

I just got off the couch where I've been all day.  I'm getting sick of feeling sick!🥺
