I'm sure he's frustrating trying to deal with the VA and getting records.  I hope they will increase his benefits.  It's the least they could do for his service.  

I'm going to visit my daughter at school Saturday.  She  lives with 5 other girls and they planned to have all the moms come up and have dinner, stay overnight and then go out to brunch on Sunday morning.  She just called and asked me what kind of coffee I buy because she knows I will need some immediately Sunday morning.  She's a smart cookie  LOL

@Yahooey : Thank you. WalMart just delivered the order. Delivery person suppose to leave it at the front door. Ok. I have the SimpliSafe video door bell and watching the delivery. Yes - order included perishable items. She would not leave. I was trying to beat DH to the door and told him to wait until she left. DH opened the door and she blurted out: order included ice cream and want to make sure everything was quickly put in the house. I will still give her a good tip. She looked to be in her 60's and probably doing deliveries to supplement her income.

Then DH looked in the bag and asked why did I purchase his favorite ice cream- me just because. The order didn't include the strawberry and pineapple ice cream topping because none available. I went on line to reorder instead of locally. Thankfully everything was in stock and free shipping. Suppose to be delivered late tomorrow. Hope the order doesn't get canceled. 
First time in this delivery was bananas. I am very picky about my produce. Nice bunch but very green and praying they will be a beautiful yellow by Sunday afternoon.🙏♥️

I always buy greenish bananas  as i hate eating over ripe ones!If you want them to ripen fast put them in a paper bag...so i've read.

I wish i could also be eating a banana split to celebrate with the 2 of you Sunday.

Good luck with getting him a raise with the VA.

They should automatic give pay raises intead of having to prove why they need more money!!
