To add to the confusion, Calcium should be taken in conjunction with magnesium & D3 which helps it absorb.
The correct ratio is 2 parts Calcium to 1 Part magnesium.
I take Carlson Brand (on line) which Also includes D3 in the capsule. Two daily. This has been very good to help hold my bone density level steady for a good while. Previously was having trouble.
Carlson brand is made & tested in the USA. Available at Amazon, and their own web - where they frequently have 30% off. Can read about them on web.
I want good quality, safe, ...., but not willing to pay a premium for a name.
Vitamins, a field of study just by them selves.

My Vitamin D levels are low. When my doctor first tested me, it was a 7. They want the levels to be in the 30s. I'm still not in the 30s yet, but getting closer little by little. I take 2000 mg a day of Vitamin D.
Just poking in here - Please Check with your MD, I’m pretty sure it is D-3 you want.
This from my MD who is honestly one of the smartest people I know & actually studied nutrition, which many don’t.
‘Scuse me for butting in. ♥️
@Drythe yes it is Vit D3 to go hand in hand for calcium abosorption

I was sitting here on my chair today and i decided to clean off my computer table..
if i had planned on doing it..it wouldn't have happened..lol! would have made excuses and not happened!
Anyway..my mind has been cluttered with all that happened to my cousin and feeling so sad.
While decluttering i found scraps of papers with quotes on them that i wanted to save to reread later.
One is a message to me from preds in our talk once
Quote:
Sad is something when we can't help it but proves that we are still living and human.
Feel sad all you want honey but don't let it move in,visiting hours only
huggies.

I’m sorry you sad. You have had so much happen, plus being away a long time from family. Cousins are very special people. As an only living child, I am very grateful to be from a big family with a bunch of them.
Preds so right, it proves we are human. Such a wise, caring, brave person. I miss her too. We were all so fortunate to know her.
Take Care, and be warm.
Big boy sad because there is cold, wet stuff in HIS yard

Yes, expcept for the edges. It's a first for me.
Most puzzles have several shapes, and once you divide them by color, you can then divide by shapes and it makes puzzling infinetly easier.
However, this one is not only lots of colors, but all the interior pieces are the same shape with a few tiny variations in sizing.
I'm not sure I have the grit to do it, but....will give it a go.
I keep looking for a "trick" to figure it out and nothing so far.
That sounds challenging. I love doing puzzles. Sometimes they are so hard and it's frustrating.
