@MyShadowLove :Thank you. I understand your statements about "home".  Several people have stated they feel the peace, quite and love when they visit. They also stated they love the neutral wall colors and feel the calming surrounding. We try to stay positive and give people support, up lifting thoughts and include a lot of laughter and giggles and a little gift bag of something homemade, maybe share a little box of food staples or a recipe with a few tips and suggestions. Not bragging just a statement of who we are.We are very Blessed and had special people help us along the way and we enjoy helping .

I noticed the ChocoNuvo and thought about ordering.

@SouthernBee, I am so happy that Lessman supplement has helped you.  I just sent for and received those supplements for my stockpile.  My PCP told me that Lessman’s products were fine to use after I asked him about the brand.  And he supports what I am taking.  

Nothing is magic, but my back is so much better now.  Glad you are also doing better.  You are such a busy person, cooking, baking, for your DH and for others.  You need a strong back for all you do!  Hope your washing machine is fixed ASAP.  Such a backlog of parts is scary for all of us.

@PamfromCT : Thank you. I also believe that the supplements have  helped in another way-my arms and hands are not super achy from the hand washing of clothes. I don't have much strength in my hands.🤗❤️

At every visit at Dr. office nurse before leaving room always ask what 2 meds and doseage i take.i like that..

Since my other dr. sold her practice and building to near by hospital 12 miles away   last year things have changed now..i think for the better.

My nurse practitioner  always checks my ears,listens to heart,lungs,etc.

She asks what other over the counter vitamins,,etc. i take.

I   told her about  taking the "Walmart generic tylenol for arthritis."..i am now taking the regularArthritis " during"the day but Not the the 8hour. it makes me sluggish if taken then.

She suggested  to take the reg. during the day  as i am now" but"  try the 8 hour   at bedtime to see if that would help me more with pain and sleeping all night!

I have trouble with  some perscription meds   and learned what might be good for others might not be good for me!  

Like many years ago..i was taking a allergy shot once a week made just for me.  at my dr. office  made in Utah.

Well i had a reaction   once and spent the night in the hospital! Dr a decided for me to discontinue them..and use over the counter instead!

@cowboy sam : Great report and information.I can be sensitive to prescribe medication and often have the rare side effects  and don't like to take prescription and rather try other remedies. I really admire you with all your walking and everything that you do. Enjoy the weekend.🤗❤️

i bought more Halloween candy. The store didn't have much but had a ton of Christmasy and Holiday candy.  I don't think the trick or treaters want candy canes.
