I'm taking meds for my allergies  and i is so tired from it.plus.i went for a walk w/neighbor and when i got home,i lost all my energy  for the day/night.

@Yahooey  I did my walk yesterday and today too. Didn't want to but glad I did it. I walk a loop that takes a little over an hour. Then I come home and collapse.

made 50 meatballs today - some will be eaten today but most will be frozen

love to take a few out to drop into soup or pasta -  yum

they are tasty but really too delicate - followed the recipe

for those in the know...

too much liquid? i guess a more delicate meatball is better than a rock

Anne Burrell's recipe
