I need a mental health day today.

I woke up too early in a panic..  my bedroom was too warm  and i was too hot and i couldn't sweat!

I took flannel pj top of and replace a cotton top on me!..sat on couch to cool off  and when i did i put a thrown on me and dozed off until 5:30am.

This back and forth cool weather then warm..

i kinda feel yucky today..and will not walk   and stay home.. too much moisture in the air now.

I just took a allergy pill.

One day it's cold and the next day it's warm.  That's not good.
