@Yahooey : Thank you for taking the time to help with research and support. I found one ladies YouTube video. Her chicken breast looked juicy and delicious. She suggested any thick chicken breast to be split or pounded flat and use good seasoning and marinate. Plus the water tray to add seasoning. I will do more research. Trying to find a better price and probably need to wait before making purchase.
