@MyShadowLove , well, with Covid, the adoption center hasn't even returned my message yet about getting her wellness check, etc. In the meantime, she's so much fun! ❤️

 @Bri369 ...The recipe said to pour it into a pie plate, but I'll use a smaller skillet next time so it doesn't spread out as much...It looked so pretty when I took it out of the oven.

I made one of my favorite breakfasts this morning...baked blueberry oatmeal (saw the recipe on these forums a while ago)...soooo delicious...I top it off with a dollop of greek yogurt.

@MyShadowLove ,  Sometimes people put milk our water in the eggs to fluff them up. It's possible, if you used the same amount of eggs, that could have made a difference. As someone else said, the size and type of the pan one uses, also makes a difference. Maybe more or less veggies were used. IMO, if yours tasted good or even great, who cares. A lot of the time, frittatas don't come out great. I'm a fantastic cook (or at least I used to be, don't cook much anymore) if I may say so myself 😜 and my frittatas rarely look professional. My daughter's, always came out looking beautiful. Go figure. 

Next time you make a frittata, I'll have to stop by and have a huge piece, 😋
