@dex Idk when I banged it up - I know it didn't feel great but I really needed that walk. Paying the price today - will read a book today - it wasn't avail as an audible book. I'm so lazy...

@Yahooey @You are anything but lazy.I think you work too hard and don't take enough rest and care...now your body is forcing you to take a rest.I hope with some rest the problem will resolve without medical attention required.Enjoy your book...what are you reading?

@ To Everyone,

I did not know Preds very long, though I read along with all the posts for years. It was so kind of all of you to let me join, and unexpected too, ‘cause, ..well sometimes folks aren’t so welcoming.

To me Preds was a Wise, Funny, Accepting person, AND she

was a Strong Spirit. She cheered us up, gave us good advice, laughed and cried with us, and she protected us. One night late we were talking and it was late and I was worried about sleep, I was traveling the next day. Preds said, “You go on now and get some sleep, I’ll be up for a while.” I drifted off thinking about Preds watching out for me. That’s what I will remember, the overflowing compassion she shared.

Someone said ‘the light we see from the stars is really those who love us looking down and caring for us.’ Preds - Thank You.
