As i was going to doze off to sleep last night...i told myself that if i didn't feel better this morning that i would call my son and have him take me to the ER!

I woke up feeling better but weak  like i had been ill....which i had been feeling like i was sick.  my allergies are bad right now so ..i have my air purifier on  now..

maybe it was the "shock" from ordering my set of 2 hearing aids-from Amazon  Wed. afternoon..thats when i got a dull headache  and bp was up!

brand.  is

AUDIEN Ion Wireless RechargeableOTC Hearing Aid Premium Comfort design nearly invisiable Hearing aids  for $499.00...but used my rewards from Discover  Card  then after tax...it came to $483.

My best friends dh  has this same brand over the ear hearing aids but spent much more$$$$.00  or morefrom a specialist...he just got 2 new ones Monday morning before we went to vote   !

I don't know what your weather is like, we have had some nice cool and dry days but now it's turning hot and humid again.  I was feeling great but today woke up with a headache again and have been feeling 'blah' all day.  I've been fighting a headache all day.

My allergies have been bad too.  I keep thinking I'm coming down with something, but I think it's just the fall mold and ragweed.  Sore throat and earaches, headaches, drippy nose.

I hope you feel better, but if you don't, please don't wait too long to go to the doctor or ER.  There are a lot of different viruses going around again and as we get older they can hit us harder.

I hope you enjoy your new hearing aids.

hmm..i had been out walking with neighbor  Wed. and needed to stop to catch my breath a few times  before i got back  home  and later ordered my hearing aids......so it could hve been my allergies...and haven't walked since then....

also their is  a soy bean crop drying in field close to my house  and way behind my house!

Next year it will be worse  as farmer will hace corn  as his crop...i'm alergic to corn also!

Good news today..i had a email from Discover card to sign up to get as of Oct.2-until end of year...to get 5%   cash back off ordering from Amazon or Target!

I won't order from Target..my computer security won't let me!

So after i pay for my hearing aids at end of month. in full.They will be delivered this week sometime.

I  might order a Epson Eco  ET2850 printer next month!

Please feel better soon!  I also have allergies, and I know how sick allergies can make you.  
To make a long story short, I ended up seeing an ENT doctor.

It was a visit for testing for hearing aids, but I talked to him about my lifelong allergy problems.

So, long story short, he told me to take one squirt in each nostril of (1) Fluticasone Nasal Spray 50mcg and (2) Astepro Allergy Spray HCI205.5 mcg per spray, ome squirt in each

nostril, as well.

I only tell you this because that was the "magic bullet" for me.

They are not prescriptions, but really a doctor should determine if something like that is right for you.  For me, I do not suffer anymore, my nose might drip a little on bad days, but that is it.  I have spent a lifetime of bad headaches, being sick to my stomach, and no more!

I do have hearing aids (yes, so young at 80).  And what keeps me going is a doctor for every body part.  

Ear, nose, and  throat docs are good for many things, including allergies.

My allergies are generall tolerable.  My NP did suggest a nose spray when I was last in for a sinus infection, although she said to just use it until my symptoms disappeared.  I do use it occasionally now when I feel stuffed up.

My biggest complaint are the darn weather headaches I get.  When the weather changes (usually from dry to humid) it seems like I get a screaming three day headache.  And the last couple of years the weather changes all the time!  I go along fine and then get hit, like last night.  It's just tiring and hard to deal with sometimes.

But compared with what so many others deal with daily, my gripes are minor.  I really do have a lot to be grateful for.

@geezerette @cowboy sam @Yahooey @PamfromCT @loveschocolate : Totally agree and understand about the weather and allergies- no fun , Kleenex tissue is another item  to keep on auto delivery. I probably need to order another air purifer. It is getting difficult to find the replacement filters.

Proud of anyone that will wear or use a hearing aid. DH desperately needs one. He is now saying stuff that he thinks I said. Let the fun begin.❤❤🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏

;;Due to allergies my right ear fills full  and causes  me to miss some words and thats why i ordered my hearing aids  and at  my age of 84 ,

   I have had my NP check my right ear  thinking possible ear wax...but she can't find  anything wrong whever she checks my ears!

She tells me she thinks its from my allergies

My right jaw pops on me also...my left one also  but right is worse!

Last 2 days i have had a runny nose  and slight cough now and then!

Like @geezerette  said about weather..so do i feel the changes plus my fibro will kick in at times.
