@cowboy sam : Thank you.

The shopping that I was doing yesterday was my normal 1st of the month shopping. Around October I usually start buying a little extra for the holidays.

DH was tired of the expensive printer ink and finally purchased a different printer. Can't remember the printer but not fussing about replacing the ink.

I totally understand your frustration.

Take a break , get some rest. Eat a special snack.

I am trying to decide what to cook this weekend because I need to place my grocery order.🤗❤🙏🙏

@cowboy sam

I wanted to reply to you re that particular topic about what we discussed.  My last on this topic - the same person, on the topic of suggestion that QVC do something positive about the hurricane event, well he suggested the person was likely "disgruntled" against QVC.  Well, fiftty people hearted his post, along with a number of people I thought I had a positive relationship with.  Very, very hurtful.  He is not a positive influence in the "QVC Community."

And it is rich that I am a northern woman fighting to get help for southern folks.  Maybe because no matter where you live here, we are all Americans who should never feel divided.

That is it.

We are cleaning out our huge attic.  When we didn't know what to do with something, we put it in our attic.  I am going

through. Abs of clothing, washing everything except wool stuff, for a donation pick-up tomorrow.  I do not want to bring a anything to a resale shop - we give to the needy.  The Salvation Army is coming in a few days to take my beautiful

little wooden table and chair set, in great condition.  I remember getting that as a little girl, and I want it given away.

I hope you are doing well, and that you are watching your blood pressure!

Lubs ya!

@cowboy sam : Trying to remember the post that you and@PamfromCT are referring to. I know two topics are getting heated. Lesson learned: Just read some post and don't respond or heart.

We are dealing with so much and praying that everyone can come together and help our people instead of being politically divided.🤗❤🙏🙏🙏

Hi Everyone!

Just want you to know I returned to "the scene of the crime" to thank QVC for all they are doing.  Of course, a few folks were bashing because there was no thank you written to QVC.

I think I should go to PETCO, buy one of those doggie chews-large size, and send to those folks.  Ha Ha!

I was up to 2 am washing stuff for donation.  They came today and took it all.  I had saved smaller size clothing I could. O longer wear, with hopes I could get real thin again.  Nope!

Feels good to clean our.  Feels good to donate nice clothes for people going thru hard times!

Be back soon

Lubs ya!

Pam

Thanks for reminding about @dooBdoo!

I hope she is OK!  I never realized where she lived.  I wonder how we could reach her if she needs any help?  Now it might be hard, but I wonder if anyone knows her real name and exactly where she lives?  I hope so, and will say some prayers for her.  She is such a perfectly lovely lady.  A sweet and caring person.

I have never been to Tennesse.  My friend's son and his family live there, but were thankfully spared this awful storm where they live.  Just one tree came down for them.

Hey, I am a Connecticut girl.  But born in Florida where my Dad was stationed in WWII, then we lived in Waycross, Georgia for a year.  Then my folks returned to CT, where they came from, with all family there.

I wonder how we could find out if Doo is ok?

@SouthernBee,

Excellent advice you gave, to read and no comment.

Not everyone wants peace.  And you can get sucked in.  I will follow you advice, with the exception of the lovely lady who sews the doll clothes and shows dolls dressed for the seasons.  She is a delightful person, very sweet.

Oh, I never knew where @dooBdoo lives either.

I certainly hope and pray all is well with her area.  She has a tough enough time as it is, let alone having to deal with a natural disaster.
