i'm showered and relaxing .... it has been a go go go.... day from the moment I was awake. Up at 430 - lounged to 5am and make cold brew. Fed Zoe and off to the farm at 530am to enjoy the quiet. I make my rounds - saying good morning to my friends. I collect a few - they look good. Then i sit on the chair and sip my cawfee. Close to 7am- i water my friends. Dont want to do it too early and wake the neighbors.

830am - went with brother to BJ to buy - bread, + buns - mushrooms, onions, in and out in 1 hr. BBQ at brother. On the menu sausage / pepper / onion on hero, hot dogs, burgers, tuna pesto pasta (last year's pesto) with newly harvested cherry tomatoes, string beans. Finishing off with a sweet watermelon. 

We had a BBQ lunch since some need to work Friday and pets are scare later with fireworks and my brother didn't really want to drive through that at night.

Hence... i'm relaxing right now.

My fav photo last year was an impromptu pic of my harvest - you can see a dessert i was in the middle of making. I thought it may be a nice tradition to continue. My harvest on the counter and against the backsplash. I like it  😃

Good Morning Y'all: Firecrackers finally stopped 2 a.m . So tired. We stayed up watching tv because we couldn't sleep.

Turned my new phone on and one of the messages had disappeared. Research the other one and found YouTube video that suggested : swipe the message to the right and message will disappear and it worked.

Will be relieved when my new phone case will be delivered: this phone is very slippery and already dropped several times.🙄

Another hot day. What will y'all be doing today and this weekend? Stay cool.🙏❤🤗🤗

@dooBdoo @geezerette @Yahooey @cowboy sam : My Bigmama made beautiful quilts and assuming other family members had the best ones. The two in photo were the only ones in our house. The photo above the shadow box quilts : Bigmama, Mama and me. I tried to straighten the frames ,but difficult standing.

How neat to have those quilts from your BigMama.  They're lovely and I'm sure they mean a lot to you.💕

And the photo is precious too.  I'm sure you have many memories and how nice to have a reminder of them.

Don't be so hard on yourself--the frames look fine, and perfectly straight to me!😉

@geezerette : Thank you. My two church friends didn't like the idea of putting the photos in my bath room but they were probably upset because photos of them not included. The photos were family and others that helped me grow up.

I really enjoy the wall of memories since I am spending extra time in my bathroom.🤓

No phone call to eat out today...think yesterday i overheard them making plans for today..  without me.....but its a-ok..

Had leftovers from yesterday

i ate my 2 flour taco s..with hamburger meat,lettuce,onions  and a few chunks to mators....tasted very yummy today!

I have been searching for a "special type style" of a ST.Florian Patron of Firefighters...  medal on a chain.I found one i liked   but  it had a different design  and came with a chain and bought on Ebay.last week..!

Still not the one  i wanted   with a Firemans"ladder on it" plus St.Floriam figure then a "fire hydrinet: that I  really wanted 

 until i found it   today!!!!!

it was last one seller had ( not oxidized) but its brass!  Without a chain!

I really like your wall arrangement!  Maybe they are a big jealous...In any case, I feel bad for you.
