@Yahooey : Just a few examples. Today she came in- Did you get my message? Me nope. Nothing on phone, my cell phone or IPad. Remember she talked DH in purchasing smart phone so they can text but DH never uses said phone. It is charged up and on a stand waiting and ready. She: I sent text to you on his phone because she didn't know which phone to use 🤷‍♀️😳but on Saturday she sent a text to me on my phone. I gave her a stare and replied but I don't use DH phone.

She always comes in the house trying to tell me what to do or try to prove she is a better manager, caretaker or whatever. Today she stated: Since your friend not able to clean this week- I have a couple of hours to clean your house. Me thanks but no thank you. I have been doing some cleaning today. Whatever.

i used this recipe and i use cornstarch when thickening sauces

it is virutally tasteless - u gotta stir the corn starch in some water before adding to pot - otheriwise clumping

@Bri369 : Preparing for DH surgery haven't used the air fryer. I have some frozen biscuits and thinking about doing a few in the air fryer and frying some eggs or scrambled eggs with cheese. Definitely will do what ever is easier. Plus several cups of coffee ☕️.
