@Bri369 : I make the cabbage , carrots and potatoes. I take some of the liquid from the corned beef  and put everything in a big pot on the stove top. If I do the vegetables in the pressure cooker they cook and are mushy.

@Bri369

corned beef is easy to make - well, perhaps i make it the lazy way -

put beef submerged in cold water - bring to boil and then turn flame really low to slow barely there simmer - around 3 hrs (45-50 minutes per pound)

i throw in potatoes and carrots toward the end of cooking

the water flavors the carrots - i then make mashed potatoes

meat is fall apart tender - they usually come with a flavor packet

the meat will shrink - so dont be surprise the honking big piece becomes smaller

so buy accordingly

with leftovers - i sautee onions and mix with the mashed and throw in chopped up pieces of meat - soooooo good - corned beef hash

i hope u give it a try

i found 2 nice pieces 1.99 per lb - can't beat that

u are allowed 2 pieces - so of course i bought 2

@Yahooey : Something else - the pearls and bubble tea? Was it good?

@SouthernBee

bubble tea is good and there are so many flavors

milk tea, cawfee and taro are my go to flavors

the bubbles are chewy but doesnt have a flavor

my mom used the old fashioned - clanging topper on the pressure cooker

it is downright skeery - once it exploded and food was stuck on the ceiling
