I understood it.  It's a recipe that you can make adjustments to.  I like those kind of recipes.

I've never used self-rising flour.  I'm sure you can use AP flour and just add in baking powder or baking soda.  I know there are substitutions for those kinds of things.  

I do buy frozen peaches for smoothies.  I usually have some of those on hand.  It's hard to find fresh peaches now.
