We change the time in November now, after Halloween.  It will be totally dark by 4:30.  It makes me want to go to bed at 6pm.  LOL

I was in TJ Maxx and I always love to peruse the food/condiment aisle

saw a jar of Melinda's Pineapple and Jalapeho Pepper Jelly - had to buy it ever since you have been posting about making peppery jelly

now.... what do you eat it with - does it just on on bread like a jam or do you pair it with food - what kind?

any help is appreciated....

That looks yummy.

You could eat it with crackers and cream cheese, use as a glaze for chicken or fish, mix it with sour cream as a dip with tortilla chips, as a condiment on a turkey sandwich or a grilled cheese sandwich.  It would be good on toast too.

@Yahooey : Please let me know if it is "hot". DH said his friend has put it on a variety of sandwiches, biscuits, chicken and corn bread and different vegetables.SIL has been eating the regular jalapeño jelly with vegetables, crackers, biscuits and grits. She bragged about eating a jar in one day. I told her that I have several projects and with the holidays probably will not make anymore jelly until spring and reconsider how fast she is eating the jelly. Of course she doesn't know about my hidden supply but intend for another group of friends. Like: you have already been given more than your share.🤷‍♀️😳😀😀😀❤️❤️
