Thank you @Yahooey  not serious and I'm doing great. I am a big fan of being waited n hand and foot. Smiley LOL

Garden is doing well - so far we have had several zucchini to grill. I have a lot of hot pepper plants, I am not sure how big they are supposed to get before I pick them so I have to research. Tomato plants are good should be able to pick some next month.  Craziest thing is the potato plant from last year reappeared. I thought I ripped it all out last year. So we will hopefully have a potato or two. 🥔

@MyShadowLove : I always enjoy your post. Love your kitty story. I am more of a dog person but have had some kitty friends. My brother in law had his cat trained not to enter the kitchen. The cat would go to the kitchen door and look at BIL and he would snap his fingers and the cat would turn around and go back in the family room. I just love peaches as a grab and go snack, smoothies and any combination. One summer after one of my orthopedic surgery- we went to the local farmers market. I was in the back seat with my huge cast on my left leg that was all the way up to the top of my leg while my family was shopping, one of the farmers came to the car to talk to me. He said he had never seen such a small girl with a cast almost bigger than me. He asked what I liked most. Told him- peaches, watermelon and all kind of vegetables. He came back to the car with 3 watermelons, 2 baskets of peaches, tomatoes , okra. I thanked him but told him that my mother and BigMama would insist on paying him. He met my family and talked a long time. They tried to pay him but he didn't take any money. He asked my BigMama how much would I eat?She told him: you would be shocked to see how many vegetables this child can eat cause she can eat two plates filled up with vegetables and a huge piece of cornbread. Mama and BigMama said it was always embarrassing how people commented about me being so small. I always helped BigMama shell all the peas and butter beans. How many chapters did I post..... toooo much and toooo much information 😳😆😁❤️

@SouthernBee

whoo hoo - the fashionista got her new wallet -

i'm glad u liked it even though perhaps a tad too big

i'm simple - everything goes into my backpack or i carry a canvas tote

since nyc no longer supply bags when u shop -

i have canvas tote in my backpack at all times

or i throw stuff in directly in the pack - if something catches my eye

gone are the days when i carry a small fanny pack in my 20s

it held my walkman - wallet keys and thats it

there was no phone or my 18 oz water bottle which i take everywhere

@Yahooey

@cowboy sam ...I was just trying to catch up with some of the posts and was reading about your sister and how she kept calling you and then banging on your door, so I was relieved to see your latest post that you got back in touch with her or else I was thinking that she may have ended up calling the police for a wellness check and they would be banging the heck on your door next! Cat LOL

Also, I am so worried about little Buddy...Do they let him just roam around all of the time?...That in itself is irresponsible...It also sounds like he could use a good checkup...I'm concerned about his weight loss...It would be bothering me so much if he was in my area...I would catnap him myself and get him to a vet.

I have a funny story to tell you....Several years ago, when my husband and I first married and we lived in an apartment, there was a woman who lived across the way from us and she had a couple of adult cats...The female ended up having three kittens and, when they were only just weaned from their Mom, the woman was allowing them outside...One night very late, I was awakened by an awful howling sound and it turned out to be a male cat in heat and it had one of the kittens cornered...I quickly ran out and ended up rescuing the kitten and brought it back to our apartment...Shortly after, there was a knock on my door and it was a policeman...He was very nice and he explained that the woman had called and complained that she saw me take one of her kittens, so I guess she accused me of catnapping...LOL... Anyhow, it all ended well and it was resolved by convincing her to allow me to take the three kittens in my care and the policeman suggested that she get her two adult cats spayed and neutered...My husband and I moved to our first house shortly thereafter and we all lived happily ever after..Cat LOL

@Yahooey ...Are you planning on having a blueberry muffin for your dinner too! Cat LOL

@SouthernBee ...Yummy Peaches!...I love them!...We make peach smoothies, peach crisp and just love to grab one any time and just gulp it down!...I love this time of year when the Farmers' Markets are just starting to fill up with fresh veggies and fruits!

That watch looks like a perfect choice for you...Let us know how you like it.

@loveschocolate ...Oh my gosh, I was reading about your MIL and...Whoa...someone has to step up and reign that woman in...Has she always been this intrusive or was she like this in your Ohio home also?...I've had my MIL issues also but different from yours of which I won't get into...She is no longer with us and was laid to rest and is probably now wreaking havoc elsewhere wherever that may be...lol

Congratulations on your daughter's engagement...so exciting and so much to look forward to! Cat Very Happy

Okay, I think I'm done for now...Waving To Everyone! Heart

eta:...Wow, when I just posted this, I noticed that I practically wrote a few chapters to a book!...So sorry!...It just seems to be all or nothing at all with me!  😂

@MyShadowLove , she's been like this pretty much forever, except our home here in Ohio isn't on a lake with Mountain View's. She doesn't drive, but FIL does (he really shouldn't).....they never come over to our Ohio home. It's not upscale enough. 🤣

Thank you about DD's engagement. 😊

Miss seeing your posts! ❤️

@loveschocolate

Wish i could have seen your face when that policeman knocked on your door..and you had some explaining to do about  your catnapping!!!! lol!

Thank you for giving those 3 kitties a new home with you and your husband...Heart
