@cowboy sam : Sorry you didn't like your meal.  Finally went grocery shopping today. Purchased two bags of salad mix and cole slaw plus head of lettuce. I am tired of cooking and wanted something different. I know that frozen foods are not really healthy. I purchase Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers will try these with a big salad for a few days.I purchased a variety of thin lunch meat to shred and put in my salad with boiled eggs . Will be interesting to see any results with staying full and hope some weight loss.🤗❤️🥤🥓

I did   walk up the street and 2 houses up i saw neighbor out and talked to her for about 5-10 min..then walked up the street a block,turned around a walked back to my house...its now so humid out!

Did i like it?  No   ,but i ate it anyway!

I'll gladly send some of my rain your way--we have waaay too much.  Flooding in some areas and it stormed this morning at 2 am for a couple of hours.  So humid now and going to get hot too!  Heat index of 100 degrees!🥵⛈
