i hate that the talon sporting person treated you so poorly

especially when you explained to her why you didnt do some things due to CP

terrible

i gotta say - all of my mom's docs - technicians - staff - have always been so kind

when i'm trying to get her to go somewhere physically slow

they always say - take your time - instead of muttering under breath, sighing loudly or exhaling loudly

that must be in their work code - bc i have encounter a lot of person during these last few months

kindness goes a long way in every aspect - not just the medical field

It's been freezing here - sunny, but cold.  The heat kicks off in the morning.  That should be changing.  We'll be in the 80s next week.  LOL
