I have a bottle of magnesium malate

as   (magnesium malic acid) 425 mg ,

malic acid(as magnesium malate)  2.5g

sodium 5g

not opened that i bought? and forgot about!

also allergy free for me it

suggests 1 to 3tablets daily with meals.

Would this be equal to yours?

Good morning...

i was up/down most of night either peeing or walking off muscle cramps/spasms.Blaming it on new bp med.

I was so tired last night from antibiotic  for UTI  i was in bed before 8:30pm last night  but kept waking up.

I am going to try a magnesium malate   as big as a horse pill to see if it will help me sleep tonight...thanks to Bri's info on it helping her.

I'm not really sure, but I think the magnesium you have is different than mine.  I am not familiar with malate.

@cowboy sam, Sorry you had such a bad night.  I bet tonight will be much better,  Antibiotics are necessary but have their own bad side effects.  Bye bye UTI!  I would say you deserve a big batch of bacon!

What a good day yesterday was.

Cooked myself some bacon.

Winston had a great checkup at the vets.  Extra treats for that kitty.

Watched an old movie had recorded from TCM. “It’s a Mad, Mad, — World.”  Filmed in early 1960s, full of those old stars,

and super silly and super funny.  I laughed through the whole movie!  I do love silly, funny movies.  Bring them on.
