I love thinking about myself as a hunter-gatherer in my own kitchen! Stalking that elusive  radish, lurking under the collards, or tracking down the last slice of cheddar, which as everyone knows likes to hide among the other yellow cheeses! Thanks for the images.

I didn't want to get up this morning, which is very unusual for me. 

It's a rainy, gloomy day.  Lot of things are sprouting out there, getting closer to seeing leaves on the trees!  Yay!!!!

Not raining here but cool overcast 57

Went to Walmart this morning   with my married cople friends and had lunch...potato soup,bacon

cheeseburger , and ffries    and dr. pepper, at a Chili resturant.Friend had more potatoes in her soup than me  lol!

My 2 friends  told me that they got their  first shots yesterday.

He said his arm was sore  today,she said she felt needle !They had to go 20-30 miles away from our town to a community college site.

uh..i bought 2 Susy Q's  and 1 zinger indivaual small cakes  as a treats.

thats my day

So, we are "trying" to get DirectTV down in North Carolina. DH is down there, had an appointment set up for yesterday. Well, it turns out the dish needs to be on the roof and they aren't "allowed" to do that. 🤦‍♀️

Need to call a contractor to put the dish up there, then ANOTHER appointment with DirectTV. 

BTW, there's already a dish up there on the roof. Guess he needs to check it out. It is a DirectTV dish.

When we moved to our home 'way out in the sticks, in the Asheville area, there was no cable service at all and our phone was even on a rotary service for a while!   Being in a remote rural area has a number of challenges, but it was all worth it to be out in that beautiful countryside.  At night we could hear (rarely see) the owls... and the night sky without the pollution of city lights was brilliant with stars.

Fingers crossed that y'all will get all the snags smoothed out soon, and easily.😊
