Good Morning Precious Preds and Preds very special friends: Sending everyone- Love, strength, energy as we do the last shopping, gift wrapping, cooking and baking and everything else needed for the Christmas Day Celebration. Very difficult, different and tough year but everything considering we all still have a lot we can be thankful for and count our many blessings. We share a very special and unique friendship- we have supported each other with love, laughter, prayer, hugs, suggestions, tips, success, failures but determined to try again,  or start over with improvements or new ideas. We choose to be positive with our moto of : Never give up and We can do this!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.🎊🎊🎊🎊

Going early to Walmart for RX and groceries. To Do list made for everything this week. Get ready, set go.....🛒🛒🛒🛒❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗🤗😊

@Yahooey, That kitty Santa is a force of nature.  Nobody should mess with him.  We know all our little fur ones will have a visit from this little one.

A nice update on Hemie.  He is doing just fine, settled back in to his routine.  But more spoiled than ever.  Become quite the chow hound, despite all his good kitty food.  He now loudly begs for food from the table.  So DD puts something from her plate on Hemie’s plate on the floor.  She is sweet and kind and means well, however.... Hemie’s brother Chirpy has always loved bread.  Goes nuts when sees or smells bread.  It’s all so funny.

I can’t criticize because I am the queen of spoiling.

Chirpy loving breads reminds me of the sweetest Doberman my grandma had.  His  name was Duke.  What an angel that dog was.

Anyway, every night she would make toast 2 slices of buttered toast.  Wherever she was, she would annouce she had to go home to make Duke his toast.  LOL

All you accomplish and your love and dedication to other people, are to be so admired.  Talk about zip!  And I do hope your friend who recently lost her daughter is ok with a great deal of support.  I just can’t imagine, bad enough any time, but at Cnristmas.  She’s lucky To have you as a friend.

Good Morning Everyone! 

Will be heading out this morning for groceries and we decided to cook up a rack of lamb for Christmas Day...Yummy!...It will be a very small gathering this year...my DH, myself & Shadow...lol...We will be spending time on the phone with close family members who are located in other States...keeping it as safe and healthy as possible for everyone...I sure am missing the family hugs and seeing each other during this past year and the Holidays do tend to intensify those feelings even more...so I'm feeling homesick and nostalgic...but it's all okay...all part of being human and to be expected...So the three of us will just be hanging out and having a cozy day...grateful that everyone is healthy and looking forward to things returning to some sense of normalcy in the New Year! 

@Bri369 ...I'm so happy that your recovery is coming along so well and that you will be able to celebrate and enjoy the Holidays...many blessings for sure!

eta:...Just read in TK chat that they won 3rd place...$1,000 and $1,500 in supplies so that's very good considering the number of shelters involved.
