Very nice community effort! Still praying for Jaylend's very best in Christ.

I went to church last night and asked about Jaylend. One of his football buddies goes to our Youth Group and said, he went to vsit Jaylend yesterday. They took Jaylend out of the induced come to see him. He responded to him. So, he is about the same. It will take a while to heal.

A good thing is that he committed to Georgia Tech to play football and was offered a scholarship. They are still going to honor their commitment to Jaylend and still give him the scholarship.

Please keep Jaylend in your prayers!!!!

I went into town today, a business had a big printed sign outside of their store that said:

"PRAY FOR JAYLEND #2"

Update

At church last night, the youth pastor had visited Jaylend on Sat. He said that Jaylend was responding, but he wasn't able to talk.

So please keep Jaylend and his family in your prayers.

Update: I'm at my Mom's and my hubby called me. He said they moved Jaylend to the Childrens/ Pediatrics Unit for rehab. They have him up and walking some. This is such good news!!!
