Prayer and Good Thought Request for Difficult Personnel Situation at Work

Among Friends:

Since October, I've experienced a serious personnel problem at work with someone who works very close to me. My every day is adversely affected by this person and yet I am powerless to act proactively and remove him/her to a different venue.

I penned a long performance report regarding this person yesterday and into the night, forwarding it to my "superior" early this morning. Please pray for me as I return to work on Tuesday and through the week. It's going to be very tough, very challenging this week. Even though I am correct in all of the relevant situations, I barely count, as I am from the minority population at work (caste system).

Thank you in advance for your kindnesses. I will hold them dear to my heart, as I move through the week.
