Oh Hooty - I can understand how you must feel. I have a sister with Parkinson's too, she falls alot - has to be in a Nursing home now - will certainly pray for your sister and for you, too. Are you still on Facebook? Never see you again so just wondered.

I am in the highest and best of thoughts for everyone's requests.

I ask that you remember a small word in your prayers for a pal named Janine. She is heartbroken as her sweetheart of 5 years has just dropped her. I never felt he was that kind to her but only she knew her heart and now she is just not the same. It will take some time as she is wounded.

Thank you.

Praying for Janine - that is hard to deal with - May God comfort her and give her peace. Thank you, Love Roses, for asking for prayers for her.

I would like to ask for prayers for my older sister J. she has been in nursing facilities for over a year now. She had a hemorrhagic stroke but anytime she makes any progress she has a seizure or something. She was 17 and a senior in high school when I was born. She was a RN before she retired and worked in a nursing home and I think she did everything she could to avoid a stroke.

I have not come to the among friends forum a lot but I think I have been missing a lot and will come here more. Thanks and prayers to all.

lovescats - I'm glad you came to Among Friends - and I surely will be praying for your older sister, J. I know what it's like having a sister in a Nursing Home, I have one there who has Parkinson's and it's so sad watching her get worse. Praying for J.
