Power Outages

I've noticed a lot of the "regulars" are not posting today. No electricity? My brother in Texas says they are having rolling blackouts. We used to have those in So Calif for the air-condioner use in summer. Never heard of them for snow. It's 9 degrees at noon here, going down to -30 tonight possible with wind chill. Be warm everyone.
