Power Just Came Back On. - Page 3

My area experiences breaks in electrical service , mostly when it storms rain or snow . For awhile it was abt every 2 weeks . We bought a generator . My landline phone wasn't working half the time . Every time my husband called to have it repaired the guy said " there were mice in the box " . It's a real bummer without electric . It's either really hot or cold weather or you are in the middle of baking something and you don't have notice to fill buckets up with water to beable to flush the commode. Bummer !

I do report since I am so far out. We are last to be fixed since there are so few of us up here.

I have massive whole house generator. When my electricity goes my well goes too, and that is too much for this girl.

Hey, did you have a power outage last night?

Paradise Hills went down at 9:17 PM and came back at 10:15 PM. Other neighborhoods had issues, too. Just wondering if it was only an ABQ thing.

@just bee No, no problem last night. The only time ours seems to go out is when someone slams into a power pole on Southern Blvd. Last time, 4 or 5 years ago.

I had a power outage night before last. My first clue was when I got out of bed I was freezing cold at about 8 am. I checked my electrical box to make sure everything was on, looked out the window at the frost on my neighbor's roof and crawled back in bed where is was warm! It came on about 10 am but I have no idea when it went out.
