Our roads aren't too good either. But it doesn't snow as much here as it used to, so we get a lot less potholes.

The roads in my neck of the woods are never great, now they're dreadful, treacherous and full of pot holes...

The roads in the Pittsburgh area are horrible. Pot hole's every where, as soon as the workers fill them it is so cold the fill they are using pops right out.

We have horrible roads here right now. Big pot holes, sections of roads just caving in, and pot holes which are so big they are more like craters. It's not so bad in the day time as you can see them pretty well and dodge them, but at night and/or when it's raining, it's very, very dangerous. It's also dangerous because you have to watch out for people dodging them.

Yes they are bad here too in PA from all the snow. Driving is an obstacle course (literally!)

Same in Michigan, but we have 11,000 lakes! That number is increasing with the size of some potholes rivaling an inland lake. ETA - we need toll roads !

My son is a truck driver.....said the worst roads he's ever driven are in Michigan.....and right now Long Island is probably just as bad.

I had a rock (from one of the gazillion potholes) hit my window the other day and chipped it...and it subsequently cracked. I was supposed to have it replaced today, but the guy called me this morning and it came in damaged.....so he had to order another one and I'm back on for Tuesday. We're supposed to have more krappy weather early next week, so who knows what will happen.

Lotus, is your car able to be in a covered area until fixed? I worry about the weight of the snow on the windshield - we are supposed to get 12 inches here on Monday- I don't know about your area.
