I have two non-Prime packages being delivered today by either USPS or U-Trac. I think the USPS does a good job of delivering packages. QVC deliveries take much longer to get to the West Coast by UPS than by USPS.

@willdob3 Sometimes I question why people pay for Prime when regular customers get the same treatment - I'm not a prime member I usually get my items within 2 days.

To be honest, so do I. I'd never have gotten Prime for the shipping. It is pretty easy to to get free shipping & delivery is generally fast.

But it is entirely worth the cost for the video part. I cut cable TV years ago & the annual Amazon Prime fee is less than it would cost me per month to pay for cable. And I find I love being able to watch any move/show any way I want to. I can't imagine going back to cable TV at any price.

Yes @millieshops you are very fortunate to get your QVC deliveries that quickly. It always takes at least a week and a half for me to get mine and sometimes longer. I ordered something yesterday (the 29th), and the EDD is August 7th.

I am not a prime member either. Had a package scheduled for USPS tomorrow. Suddenly, this AM amazon indicates package was delivered today. However, it is nowhere in sight.

I live in a condo complex and things are misdelivered all the time to wrong building here. Have not been able to track down my package. There is indication that it was left in my mailbox which is impossible because package would not have fit. Wasted a lot of time on phone with Amazon, and they told me to wait until tomorrow with regular mail delivery to see if it shows up.

I really do not have problems with US mail delivery even from QVC. Actually prefer it because mail carrier has key to buzz himself in the secure lobby. If I am out to appointment, no worries. Lot less hassle for me.

@LogoFan I had a package I was tracking that said it was delivered last Saturday. It was not delivered until Monday. Maybe that's what happened with yours. Mine was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, and I was very upset that they marked it delivered when it wasn't. I worried about it all weekend. I hope yours comes tomorrow.

Thanks Nick Nack. I was able to speak to my mail carrier today; saw her unloading her vehicle. Told her about my issue and she checked and did not have any package for me. However, she agreed to look out for a package sitting in lobby of other buildings here while making her delivery. She also commented to me that the posting that it was delivered inside mailbox was incorrect because she is the only one that has a key to unlock and open top of all mailboxes in any entryway to drop mail inside.

I appreciate your sympathy. It is frustrating to see it was delivered and is nowhere in sight.
