I had problems getting through to anyone at the post office before Covid-19, now I imagine it's nearly impossible.

Isn't that awful ? crying shame.

I had to call the last town the package had been too and they said it was never shipped and to call HSN back.

I did and they're sending out another one . Supposedly going to get in 3-6 days. I offered to pay more for Fedex, but, for some reason that was impossible.

Hopefully, now , it's jump started at least.

Honest question - why are you all calling the post office?  Never in my 60 years of life have I ever needed to call the post office.  Man Happy

I have had to call the post office on several occasions with work-related questions/issues.  Just the other day I had to call regarding a notice purported to be from the USPS in my spam folder.  The phone has always been answered promptly and politely.  No post office problems for me.

No! We have 2 close post offices one has decent service but they aren't the one we get our mail from. The other is horrible. The people are the worst except for our mailman. Anytime I have called or gone in person I have been ignored. They are the worst. I don't know who hired the workers but I think they picked the worst candidates possible. I can't even explain how much I hate going to that post office.

No one picks up at my local post office.  That's a good way to run a government agency but not a good way to run a business.

On the few times I had to contact the neighborhood post office, they have always answered. It may have taken them a few rings, but they also have customers to help first. They are excellent about answering the phone at the PO near my home. Cannot speak for the many other post offices in our city, but I would imagine they are all managed much the same.

@Peaches McPhee , I've had to call a number of times because certified mail goes missing.
