That's not the way it works. No matter what we do, with commerce and international travel, we are bound to get cases of Ebola here. Whoops, we already have.

Hiding our head in the sand isn't going to do any good, it will only do harm. We do exactly what we already did: we bring them home for research and treatment, and in doing so, we learn much from them. And what we learn is leading to better treatment and possible immunization.
