If I remember correctly she was diagnosed with epilepsy...those anti seizure meds will put a lot of weight on some one.

Kelly Osbourne and Christina Aguilera have been at it as far back as 2003, when Aguilera performed a skit on the MTV Europe Music Awards where she threw darts at an image of Osbourne's face and teased her about her weight. The issue came up once again as Osbourne and the rest of the "Fashion Police" panel dissected an unflattering picture of Christina Aguilera.

Osbourne took advantage of the unique opportunity to strike back at Aguilera's past insults by saying, "She called me fat for years. I was never that fat."
