I think they have things too goo in prison., It's meant to be punishments nd and unccomfortable stay to remind them they are serving time for crimes and transgressions. Reminds them not to get into trouble in the future. Beans and a biscuit is all they'd get if I had any say about all that stuff.
Jared eats because he's unhappy and is looking ot satisfy some craving. Let him stay in prison and eat himself to his death.

There's nothing to be learned from this tidbit of Jared information.
Does this help the victims? No.
For the people wanting to keep this subject 'important',
I think...I THINK...everyone has a pretty good idea how bad child molestation is.
Please, think about that before starting another thread on Subway Jared.
Thank you for giving me this chance to express my final thoughts on this subject.
I see it another way.
No one is giving him "air time" that will promote some product or help him in any way. Most of us have been disgusted by light or no sentences (the Affluenza kid comes to mind), so I think there's a sense of satisfaction that someone who deserves punishment is genuinely miserable. He brought it upon himelf.

Okay, so he's under stress and eats sweets. Is that a surprise to anyone? Does anyone even care?

All that tells me is they're feeding them too well in prison at taxpayers expense.
I don't think they should be allowed to buy Ding-Dongs or Twinkies through the commissary either, even though they have to pay for it, unless there is a significant profit to offset the taxpayer's expense of trying, then housing them.
JMO, of course.

Because many of us love children, and many of us have our own, and have spent years trying to keep the child molesters away.
We are glad to see one caught and in jail. And there is nothing wrong with that.

The value I see in keeping these topics active is to remind people of the vermin we share our world with. I see no harm.

NOT!!!
Article says that he has gained 30 pounds while in prison, and has been binge-eating, plus, the other inmates taunt him.
For breakfast Jared likes to have Frosted Flakes with fruit, or oatmeal with cake. He loves cake day, according to the article.
He will buy boxes of Honey Buns from the prison commissary on his weekly shopping day, and eat an entire box of eight in one sitting.
One inmate called Jared a "dirty child rapist", and told him to "get the ---- out, and not come back"
Awww, poor baby has it so rough!
Too bad, so sad, Jared. You are getting what you deserve. Actually, you deserve worse than weight gain and taunting, but unfortunatly the correctional officers probably wouldn't allow that to happen.

At least those 'honeybuns' aren't underage girls.

The best solution to his problem since it went public about his weight gain! Everyone send him boxes and boxes of sweets so he can gain tons of weight. This way this low life can't run from inmates when he is taunted or worse. May he rot in prison for what he did to destroy the innocence of his victims.
