Does anyone still use this stuff?

I have noticed for a while now that it does not seem to work like it did when we first starting using it. Anyone else notice this?

I'm not buying anymore since I think it's way overpriced since it no longer works IMO.

I found several recipes online so I could make some myself. I made enough for 2 - 4 oz bottles. I used orange oil with peppermint oil. I don't think it really has much scent but it works. I didn't notice the smell after DH was in the bathroom.

I will have to work on scent mixtures. Think I can add some clove & cinnamon to the orange oil to make a Holiday scent. I didn't buy expensive EO's either. Not to flush down the toilet.

I don't think it works as well as it did maybe 20 years ago.  I don't think it's just my situation either, as others have noticed the same. I think it is probably being manufactured by someone who has "watered it down," sotospeak, for more profit than pleasure.

Used it for years and years and we went travel with it. I would never be without it but I order it from Amazon

@Nonametoday

I'm glad it's not just me that thinks that.

At least the one I made does work.

Don't give your recipe away.  Might be able to sell it.

That's where I ordered the past several times.

HSN sells a cheaper competitive product but I cannot speak to its effectiveness.

I completely agree.  The oils are much weaker.  I bought some last year from a Cracker Barrel during the holidays.  I think the scent was called Cloud Berry, but it didn't work at all.  Well, if I sprayed it about 20 times it worked, but what's the point in that?

I love it, and haven't noticed any difference in the "strength" at all. Smiley Wink

I've purchased it at Costco or BJs when it goes on sale, plus the configuration package they sell are all large (4 oz)  size bottles.  I believe that last one I bought were 4  4oz bottles of different scents and a bonus small bottle for carrying or travel.  They do have seasonal scents that come out in the fall/winter and the spring/summer.   It's a substantial savings when you buy it at Costco or BJs when it's on sale.
