That's easy, someone who is inaccessible to just "fans": Paul McCartney! I would talk about my loving him/the Beatles since I was 13 & how their music shaped my life & friendships - still have 3 friends from the Beatles era to this day! Would t/w him about John & George, how he feels about his life today, after 50+ years of "fame".
