Poison Ivy- Follow up

Good morning.

I posted early last week about getting a case of poison ivy on my arms , legs and face. I ended up at the urgent care and the doctor gave me prednisone shot AND a weeks course of oral steroids. I've been taking them for three days so far.... a total of 15 pills. Woke up this morning to find my face red, swollen, itchy and hot to the touch. Is it possible that I am getting a bad reaction to the oral steroids?. My instinct is to call the urgent care and ask to be seen again. Last night the rash was still itchy and red as well.

Does anyone have any advice to give?
