I have more trouble with bougainvillea.
Poinset-ah sounds like Irish Setter. It's a plant, not a dog.
Bougainvillea is another one that I hear pronounced different ways, and I think everyone understands what type of plant is being talked about.
Sometimes, the "l" sound is pronounced, and other times, it comes out as the "y" sound.
What is the heck is that B word and how do you pronounce it?

Bougainvillea. can be pronounced ""boo gan vee lia"" or ""boo gan vee ya""
