Pleased with ShopNBC Customer Service

I purchased a ring from Gem Insider on ShopNBC several weeks ago for $99.99 several weeks ago. I received an e-mail form ShopNBC Customer Service today telling me that the price of the ring dropped to $69 this weekend and because it was in the 30 day buying period that they were going to credit my credit card with the difference.
