Martha is entertaining to watch today with Rosina!

Rosina is doing an admirable job.  Martha has always been, I think, a woman of few words.  But the words are always choice and selective and meaningful.

You should call Corporate not CS.  They may pass on your displeasure, but they really can't do anything else.  It's hard to handle complaint calls when you really have No authority!

I didn't see it, Martha is not my style, grumpy or happy....but I totally understand your cancelling.  If I was upset by a vendor/company, I would not want them to get one penny of my hard earned money.

@They CallMe MRWILKES - I just watched the presentation for A728520 and Martha and Rosina were hitting it off so much it was fun to watch.

Martha also included Rebecca in the conversation at the end (the model I believe another poster was saying Martha insulted).

Maybe Martha just needed time to wake up or have another cup of coffee.

Whatever the reason, she was smiling, animated and interesting.  Not just about the clothes, but gardening.  She also complimented Carolyn Gracie.
