Re: Please use larger print if you want your opinion read

If I can't read something then it's on me to correct my screen. Everyone has there pet peeves but none of us is required to accomodate everyone. Isn't that the way it is with everything nowadays?

Just zoom or enlarge the page whenever necessary.

Even though I wear glasses, I do that everywhere when needed.

No biggie.

Also, I think it depends on which option you use to post--I don't think you can control the font if you use "quick reply", for example.

@geezerette, "Quick reply?"  I'm not familiar with that -- do you see it on your phone's mobile view, perhaps?

I think you're right about the phones.  Unless they offer a full/desktop format, I believe they only allow the defaults and the posts show up rather small.

@dooBdoo

I can see it on my iPad in full view.  On each post at the bottom right (directly above the "hearts") is an option to "Reply" (with full options) or "Quick Reply", which gives you a small box to just type a post with no options.

Re: Please use larger print if you want your opinion read

@MoJoV I agree. I use size 4 for my own benefit and because I know it's easier for many to read.

When I see one of those loooong posts, with no paragraphs, even with a large type, I skip them.

When there's any post with little bitty type I skip that as well.

Very cool info, @geezerette!  I'll have to check that out.  Thank you!😊

@geezerette  @dooBdoo I'm on a laptop and I do not see that option at all. I am aware there is a quick reply option on the "other alternative" site that we went to when these boards were to close. But I can't see one here on Q. Guess it depends on the device being used?

Re: Please use larger print if you want your opinion read

Thanks, @geezerette. I don't have that option...only have the single reply button. 🤷‍♀️ I guess that goes to show what some see or have as an option others do not. Thanks again!

Re: Please use larger print if you want your opinion read

I’m on my phone and I only switch to full mode to post a graphic. Full mode on a phone is pretty awful.

Honestly, the best solution is for the viewer to increase their reviewing font size.
