Here's an update.  This morning he got Xrays - and had a CD made of it to give the Chiropractor this afternoon, who also did a scan on him, and after his adjustments, he feels much better.  His neck needed work on too. So he has another Chiropractor appt. tomorrow, and he thinks he can work on Friday, his next scheduled day.  This morning he got some steriod and another pill to reduce inflamation.  Had an MRI done this afternoon too, but that takes some days to get results.  Anyway, he's on the mend!  Thanks for your prayers!  It still hurts him to walk but not as bad as it was.

@gloriajean If you have a chiropracter, he might sell biofreeze in a roll on . It really helps pain and there is not RX needed..If he doesn't sell it try walmart

Mr Cherry and I both use it ,and it works wonderfully well

Cherry - we have Bio freeze.  Got it from Lori.  It's old though.

Tried it before on his sore, but it didn't work then.  Thanks for reminding me.

Please keep the prayers going for my husband. The pain is great, it's down his leg!  The Epidural didn't seem to work, but on Wed. he has an appointment with his PT and a Neuro Surgeion - he's on Tramadol and still needs iboprofins to top the pain.  He's suffering since he got hurt on Aug. 29th. Epidural was supposed to take away the pain.  Thanks all for praying and may God's Will be done.

I'm still praying for your husband, @gloriajean- as well as your daughter who suffers in such pain.

Lifting you up, too, for strength through faith in all of this. It's very trying, I'm sure.

I feel so bad for the both of you.  My husband has been dealing with this issue for almost a year.  Injections, physical therapy, chiropractors, steroids, and Neurontin.  Nothing has helped.  His only relief is sitting or laying down.  He's considered too old for surgery because of the anestesia.  We see the doctor with MRI results in a couple of weeks.  Please make him use a cane or walker at all times because you never know when the leg will give out.  I hope you get a fast resolution.  Prayers.
