I just got a call from my daughter saying that my mother is unresponsive but her eyes and mouth are open,  breathing is labored. I'm on my way

I will pray for your mother, @monicakm. Just know that even if she is unresponsive, she may still be able to hear every single word you (and others) say. She may be suffering from a stroke, and if so, she will be frightened, so try to stay calm and reassure your mom that she is in the best of hands at the hospital and you will help her get the care she needs.
