Please help my Great Dane

Hi QVC friends.
My gentle giant named Mitch can hardly walk anymore. It's killing me to see him like this. I have no one in the whole world so I came to this board.
I live with my 86 yr old Dad who I take care of and all he does is snap at me. I have zero mental support.
I can't live through this. My dane 'baby' is my whole world and the love of my life. Thank you so much for any prayers you can give me and my Dane, dear friends
