I have this bouncing going on too. I am on a laptop and it happens with Windows 7 and with Chrome. It is very annoying.

Still terrible bouncing with my Ipad. I emailed the social team a week or so ago and they responded that they are aware of the problem and working on it.

The board bounces like crazy for me. I have to remember to sit on my hands for a few seconds until it settles; otherwise it's going to be all over the place and then I get frustrated. 

I don't think it will ever be fixed. I think their attitude is "Love it or leave it."

I haven't seen any bouncing .... why not try another BROWSER if you're experiencing this ?

It happens all time on both my laptop and tablet whether I use Chrome or IE.

I use Firefox also and didn't even notice the bouncing until I opened this thread....LOL!

I just saw this post so forgive me for not answering sooner.

Go to your preferences My Settings--> Personal Information and add in among the signature this code:

<font color= "pick a color and remember do not add spaces to this code">

Then at the end of the signature add this: < /font> again no spaces for this code.

Don't forget to save your preferences.

 this is a QVC error (or who ever wrote their code here).  It is how the pages are loading - there are 3 sections to this page, at least.  The top nav bar, the middle section that changes all the time (now it is christmas in july) and then the forum pages.

How they are loading those pages is the problem - I can tell that the top nav and the forum pages are loading first and then the stupid changing banner loads last - because that is what is causing the bouncing.

The Q need to write their html code for all browsers and apps & they obviously haven't done this.
