Please Help ~~ Fractured Wrist!

Good morning, everyone. I fractured my wrist severely the night before last and will be having surgery in a couple days. Of course, it was my right hand, and I am right-handed. I am literally unable to function. I'm sure other people have gone through this. Any suggestions on how to function would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
