I prefer thin crust, but have never refused the thick. I don't eat meat, so DH and I get half cheese and half whatever he wants, such as pepperoni, sausage, etc.
We don't tip a percentage for delivery, just a standard $3 ($5 if it's snowing). For the usual $12-$13 charge, that's pretty good, anyway. Plus, they're only a couple miles away.
The pain they have cost us, the evils that never happened.
