25" inseam is full-length for me.   I measure EVERYTHING I buy in a B&M store.    (I am 4'10").

I love dresses as well and have quite a few in my closet.

I wear crop and capri length.  I am 5'2 barely now, so crop is like ankle length, perfect for dress up and leg coverage. I wear these all Year, except warm weather.  Then I prefer midi, or a couple inches below the knee dresses. Crop dresses, lol?
